Yes, we can open the necessary ports on our firewall so your application can use APNS (Apple Push Notification Service) to send notifications.
If you would like to do this, please open a support ticket on the Done5 Technology Customer Portal at https://done5.com/clients/submitticket.php. In the ticket, please specify that you would like ports 2195 and 2196 opened for outbound APNS access on your account.
Done5 Technology only opens the necessary firewall ports for your application. It is your responsibility to maintain the application that actually sends the push notifications.
